Our mission is to provide you a worry-free China trip. We will
try our best to control your privacy and give you a way to voice
questions or concerns you may have.
Information collection is necessary to make it easier and more
rewarding for you to use our service. By knowing customer preferences,
services and special offerings can be tailored to provide superior
levels of convenience. Depending on the service you are accessing,
you could be asked at various times to provide information such
as your name, email address, passport number (for air booking),
or information about what you like and do not like. On other occasions
when we provide items for purchase online, we may request your
credit card number to conclude the transaction. But in keeping
with our long-standing leadership in travel service and consumer
privacy protection, Beijing HighlightsTravel is involved
with current industry initiatives to preserve individual privacy
rights on the Internet and in aspects of electronic commerce.

| Credit Card Payment Security |
| We do not request customers sending us their Credit
Card information through web form or email message, instead we want
them to make a fax to us which is very safe. Online Payment is not
applicable in China by far because the banking system and network
infrastructure do not meet the standard. But we can charge credit
card through Bank of China via it's worldwide network and established
relationship with leading banking systems worldwide. Therefore you
don't have to worry about the online security for the payment. We
will destroy the fax paper containing credit card information after
we fulfill the proper payment charge. Click

| Information Use |

The information you submit to us by filling a web form or sending
an email will be use only for the following purposes:
- Tailor our services and special offerings to provide superior
levels of convenience and service on a one-to-one basis;
- Provide customer care during and after the various travel
booking services, including Festival greetings, and opt-in emails
for special offers.
- For analysis for improving our travel products, customer service,
web design.
- Send some basic information (like guest names, preferences,
special needs, etc.) to our local partners which is necessary
for travel arrangement and better service. But your email address
will not be provided to them.
We will not transfer or sell customer information to any of the
third party. We will never sell your email address to anybody.

| Declining Email Offers |
| Very occasionally we may send you emails for Festival
greetings (such as Christmas card, birthday greeting), or for promotions
of new and great China tours, special offers, or other things for
special promotion. Totally there will be no more than 4 emails per
year. If you do not want to receive email offers from us, please
let us know by replying the message with a "Remove" notice
in the subject line. We guarantee to remove you from our list in
12 hours. |
