When you decided to take our service on the agreed
price, please send us an E-mail to state your acceptance.
CITS GUILIN will than check the availabilities such
as hotels, flight tickets and so on. You will be invoiced
on confirmation of the booking and should be paid in
according to the dates prior to the customer's arrival.

Upon receiving our confirmation of availibilties
of your booking, a deposit of 10-50% (depending on different
destinations and hotels) is to be paid within 1-3 days
after confirmation of the requested bookings;
l
Balance is to be effected latest 3 -7 days before
the Customer's arrival or UPON ARRIVAL (If your first
arriving city is Guilin where our office headquarter
located, you may make the balance of the payment upon
your arrival).
l
In case if we do not receive agreed the sum of
money before the arrival, then we have the right not
to provide the toure, transport and other related services
agreed, without any obligation of payment for damages
to the Customer.
